Single Cask American Oak – Ex- PX sherry barrel 42.6% ABV
Nose:
concentrated vanilla essence, sultana raisins and dried figs.
Palate:
well balanced oak, accompanied with a wee spoonful of blackberries jam goodness.
Finish:
Overripe berries with dark chocolate, with thinly veiled umeshu notes.
