Shipping

All prices, including transaction fees and shipping, are displayed in AUD on The Baroque Whisky checkout page, with pricing shown in local currency for customers in our international markets. By processing a transaction through The Baroque Whisky website, the customer bears the full expense of the product(s) being purchased and the shipping cost(s) to receive that product. Orders totalling AUD$300 or more qualify for complimentary shipping within Australia.

Baroque Whisky ships globally. Within Australia, orders are dispatched via Australia Post and typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days. International orders are dispatched via Australia Post International Post Standard to our active markets, including New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada, with shipping calculated at checkout and delivery timeframes varying by destination. Customers in other regions are invited to contact us prior to ordering and we will arrange delivery wherever regulations permit. Upon completion of a purchase, the customer’s selected payment method will be charged in full, and a receipt displayed on The Baroque Whisky website.

A copy of the above mentioned receipt will also be emailed to the customer.

Upon completion of your order, we will send your order details along with the shipping provider number and any tracking information if applicable.

Refund and Return Policy

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to choose a refund or replacement for any major failure with our products, or have the failure rectified with a replacement, repair or refund (at our discretion).

If you wish to return a product, please contact us. When your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and we will provide an explanation regarding next steps.
