Single Cask American Oak: Ex-Vintage Tawny Port barrel 43.4% ABV
Nose:
Dried strawberries, dark cherries and figs.
Palate:
Plump raisins become more apparent with each sip, alongside some pepper spice, caramel and oak.
Finish:
A sweet, honeyed note transitioning into a bitter-rich toasted almonds and oaky vanilla tail-end.
