Nose:
Initially assertive with the alcohol showing clearly, before opening into cooling mint, eucalyptus, and layers of dried fruit. As it settles, the fortified wine influence becomes more apparent, bringing richness and depth.
Palate:
Full-bodied and concentrated with sweet prunes, dark chocolate, and ripe blackberries. The sweetness balances the high strength well, giving the spirit a luxurious, mouth-coating texture.
Finish:
Long and warming with lingering dark chocolate, dried fruit, gentle oak tannin, and refreshing mint.
