A hidden gem in the west (Laifabar), with really solid smoked screto charsiew and soup broth cooked for over 12 hours. Paired with Baroque's ex-Pedro Ximénez and Ardbeg cask Australian Single Malt, it is a natural match.

Baroque ex-Tawny Port and Ardbeg barrels at 56% paired with simple local food (ngoh hiang). The viscosity of the spirit with its slight smokiness goes perfectly with the wok hey of fried shrimp rolls, especially when dipped in its signature sweet sauce. A match made in heaven.
