Single Ex-Bourbon American Oak Cask
A finite Australian single cask whisky matured in first-fill American oak ex-bourbon wood, constructed to express vanilla richness, oak structure and climate-driven concentration.
This Premium Range release presents a modern Australian interpretation of classic bourbon cask architecture, designed for collectors seeking non-chill filtered texture, provenance and highly finite supply.
Australian maturation conditions intensify extraction and evaporation, creating greater palate weight, oak integration and collector-grade rarity.
Limited to only 60 numbered bottles worldwide.

Vanilla bean, toasted caramel and honeycomb emerge with polished oak, dark sugar, warm baking spice and subtle cocoa-bitters complexity. The aromatic profile is clean, structured and classically American oak driven.
Palate

Finish
Long and composed with lingering vanilla, drying oak, dark spice, toasted nuts and soft cocoa bitterness.
Maturation Philosophy
This expression explores how first-fill American oak and ex-bourbon cask provenance perform under Australian maturation pressure. The result is a whisky shaped by sweetness, oak architecture, texture and controlled extraction.
Australian Climate Influence
The Australian climate accelerates the movement of whisky into and out of oak, increasing extraction, concentration and structure. Elevated angel’s share evaporation reduces yield, reinforcing finite allocation value.
Collector Positioning
Crafted for collectors seeking rare Australian whisky with classic ex-bourbon cask identity, single cask integrity, numbered bottle scarcity and luxury maturation credentials.
Serving Philosophy
Best served neat to appreciate its American oak structure. It was also intentionally shaped to elevate an Old Fashioned through vanilla richness, oak spice and exceptional mouthfeel.
