MMXXV Edition II — Antique Tawny Cask
A finite archival Australian single malt matured in an antique tawny cask, constructed to showcase oxidative complexity, concentrated dried fruit structure and long-form maturation architecture.
This Exceptional Cask Collection release is designed for collectors seeking fortified wine cask provenance, antique oak integration, cellar-grade rarity and ultra-premium Australian whisky identity.
Accelerated thermal interaction inside the barrel intensifies extraction, aromatic density and palate viscosity while evaporation progressively reduces total yield and reinforces rarity.
Individually numbered, non-chill filtered and released as a highly restricted collector allocation.

Nose
Dense aromas of figs, raisins and walnut oils emerge with orange zest, antique oak, dark chocolate bitterness and polished wood. Subtle cigar box and oxidative rancio develop with time in the glass.
Palate
Cherry compote, demerara sugar, concentrated tawny richness and dark cocoa unfold across an exceptionally dense palate. Drying oak tannin, polished wood oils and warming spice provide structure.
Finish
Long, warming and evolving with cocoa powder, dried fruits, antique wood oils and fading fortified wine richness moving into structured oxidative complexity.
Maturation Philosophy
This release explores the relationship between fortified wine oxidation, antique oak architecture and Australian climate maturation, producing amplified texture, aromatic depth and remarkable palate concentration.
Australian Climate Influence
Australian climate pressure increases extraction and evaporation inside the cask, concentrating both flavour and rarity. The angel’s share becomes part of the rarity architecture rather than a simple production loss.
Collector Positioning
Designed for serious collectors seeking ultra-premium Australian whisky shaped by oxidative maturation, fortified wine cask pedigree, numbered allocation and archival release philosophy.
Serving Philosophy
Constructed for contemplative neat consumption where oxidative complexity, textural density and fortified wine structure can evolve across a slow tasting ritual.
