MMXXV Edition III, Meunier Cask
A finite ultra-premium Australian Single Malt matured in a rare ex-Meunier primary fermentation cask, constructed to explore vibrant fruit architecture, refined acidity and highly expressive wine driven maturation.
This Exceptional Cask Collection release was developed for collectors seeking uncommon wine cask provenance beyond traditional whisky frameworks. As with all wine cask maturation, the influence is one of orchard fruit precision, polished oak structure and climate driven concentration.
Repeated thermal expansion and contraction intensify extraction dynamics between spirit and oak, amplifying aromatic integration, mouthfeel and flavour concentration while reducing yield through elevated evaporation. Individually numbered, non-chill filtered and released as an extremely limited collector allocation.

FAQ
Q: Is this part of the Premium Range?
A: No. It belongs to the ultra-premium Exceptional Cask Collection.
Q: What is a Meunier cask?
A: A wine cask associated with Pinot Meunier grape influence, contributing fruit lift, aromatic detail and refined acidity.
Q: Why is this whisky rare?
A: It is an individually numbered, finite, non-chill filtered Australian whisky drawn from an uncommon primary fermentation wine cask, meaning the cask interacted with actively fermenting wine, yeast lees, sugars and acids, not merely mature wine storage.
