MMXXV Edition III — Meunier Cask
A finite ultra-premium Australian single malt matured in a rare Meunier cask, constructed to explore vibrant fruit architecture, refined acidity and highly expressive wine-driven maturation.
This Exceptional Cask Collection release was developed for collectors seeking uncommon wine cask provenance beyond traditional whisky frameworks, with orchard fruit precision, polished oak structure and climate-driven concentration.
Repeated thermal expansion and contraction intensify extraction dynamics between spirit and oak, amplifying aromatic integration, mouthfeel and flavour concentration while reducing yield through elevated evaporation.
Individually numbered, non-chill filtered and released as an extremely limited collector allocation.

FAQ
Q: Is this part of the Premium Range?
A: No. It belongs to the Ultra-Premium Exceptional Cask Collection.
Q: What is a Meunier cask?
A: A wine cask associated with Pinot Meunier grape influence, contributing fruit lift, aromatic detail and refined acidity.
Q: Why is this whisky rare?
A: It is an individually numbered, finite, non-chill filtered Australian whisky drawn from an uncommon primary fermentation wine cask. This implies that the cask interacted with actively fermenting wine, yeast lees, sugars and acids - not merely mature wine storage.
